ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Certified Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible to carry out all financier QS responsibilities. You will be joining a highly enthusiastic team and playing a vital role on their current and upcoming projects. In this position, you will be liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring that their needs are satisfied. At this company, you will be given the opportunity to enhance your skill set and project portfolio.

DUTIES.

  • Financier Work
  • Manage Variations
  • Facilitate bank draw down reports
  • Progress Claims
  • Manage Cash flows
  • Liaise with key stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years Quantity Surveying in Australia
  • Certification from AIQS as a CQS
  • Tax Depreciation experience is advantageous
