In this role, you'll:

  • Work collaboratively as a key member of a highperforming procurement team, that provides essential procurement support to the Infrastructure & Place Division of TfNSW.
  • Play a critical role in establishing contract arrangements for construction related infrastructure. Efficiently and effectively procure Professional Services Contracts (PSC) and minor construction works contracts by closely engaging with stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the Procurement Manager and/or Senior Procurement Officer throughout the entire "SourcetoContract" process, following 'best practice procurement' process 'Plan, Source, Manage' including but not limited to developing procurement strategies, issuing tender documents, evaluating tenders, executing contracts, and managing postaward activities.

About you

  • You are a seasoned Procurement / Contracts Officer with minimum 5 years' demonstrated experience in sourcetocontract process.
  • You will be working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic procurement support and advice. You have extensive communication skills and have proven ability in the achievement of tight deadlines.
  • You are someone who works collaboratively with others and has experience in building and maintaining strong relationships.


To be successful in this role you will require the ability to plan, prioritise and organise work while delivering on tight deadlines, have strong attention to detail, be customer focused, demonstrate drive and commitment, and have effective negotiation skills.
