The Opportunity
Join our team working on an ultra-high end commercial tower in North Sydney.
This role will see you deliver exceptional experience through the asset's physical environment, service offering and digital touchpoints.

Your duties will include;-
Customer relations; including managing customer relationships and end-to-end management specific customer service requests and act as a point of contact for all supplier and customer related queries.

Building Operations; support the Facilities Manager and Placemaking Manager in the management of contractors and customers to ensure tasks are performed in alignment contractual obligations with the customer experience strategy.

Placemaking; assist the team in identifying and executing events and activation opportunities as well as auditing third-space for comfort and satisfaction, identifying and actioning improvements.

Communications; this encompasses end to end management of content for app, EDMs,management of creative agencies and building notifications.

Office Administration; support the team in procurement of office supplies, managing work requests, purchase orders, invoicing and other administrative duties.

About you;

  • Proven experience in a people centric, client or customer service focused role
  • A flair for marketing with some experience in content creation such as Canva or Adobe Creative
  • Previous experience in real estate / property highly regarded or a passion to learn about Facilities Management and Placemaking
  • A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
  • A team player, with a "can do" attitude who is practical and operationally minded
