Here's a snapshot of your day;

  • Ensure reception, client facing areas and meeting rooms are checked regularly and always appear clean and tidy and clutterfree.
  • Monitors and responds to event activities such as gathering event supplies, equipment needs, food & beverage services, facility security, etc.
  • Report all service shortcomings affecting the guest experience to your line manager regardless of what service is being provided.
  • Organize weekly lunch, monthly and global events by coordinating with the wider Workplace Services Team; attend weekly meeting to align the requirements needed by the client
  • Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding.
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors where applicable, with deliveries/schedules and set ups, ensuring all relevant team members are aware of building access, entry and approval acquired before hand.
  • Undertake daily building walkthroughs and support meeting room checks in accordance with local processes. Ensure all walkthroughs are documented and actions highlighted.

  • Prior experience in Facilities Management environment is ideal
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills to communicate with all level of stakeholders
  • Comfortable to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
  • A selfstarter and ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proactive and a problem solver
