We are looking for a talented Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and help drive change in a market leading business
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Utulise research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the transport sector.
- Client Acquisition: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Sales Leadership: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our business development efforts and outcomes.
- Proven track record in business development within the transport or related industries.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
