Our Brand team are going through an exciting period, and this has meant the team have created a new position for a Brand Coordinator.

The role will report to the Brand Manager and primarily be responsible for social media strategy recommendation and implementation, product content and using data and customer insights to help create brand strategies.

The Exciting Role:

  • Design and execute all digital content across all New Aim's corporate brand and New Aims individual product's brands touch points (with a focus on social media and digital platforms).
  • Work with the Brand Manager to bring to life brand strategies and help build affinity and brand awareness with target audiences.
  • Monitoring, measuring, analysing and reporting on brand activities.
  • Bring data-driven insights to strategically evolve and optimise our brand identity, incorporating performance metrics and customer/market feedback and insights.
  • Workshopping progressive ideas with the brand team.
  • Research technology and social trends, consumer insights, competitor activity, best practices, and areas of opportunity to inform creative content and drive brand initiatives.
  • Create product descriptions and content that align with brand voice.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • An approved degree or diploma in marketing or an allied field
  • Thorough knowledge of how each social platform operates: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable with embracing and learning new technologies (such as AI)
  • Creative flair
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer marketing, digital/social media, creative writing, and visual/multimedia storytelling
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Data fluency and experience analysing performance metrics and extracting key insights
  • Intellectual curiosity and track record of impactful creative and strategic thinking
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Understanding of Shopify and Mailchimp (nice to have)
