Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • To ensure positive development of adidas brand image through an industry leading Sports Marketing portfolio of individual athletes, teams and associations supporting brand and category objectives
  • Key Responsibilities:
Provide industry leading service to our asset portfolio on a day to day basis

  • Provide industry leading service to 'share of voice' athletes
  • Manage 'Share of Voice' product entitlements in line with budget allocations.
  • Co ordinate all product ordering for campaign seeding across all categories.
  • Co ordinate all product ordering for key footwear drops across all categories
  • Manage distribution of all product to athletes, including 4 key product drops annually to over 300 athletes
  • Manage the Sports Marketing product order hold for the Sports Marketing Team.
  • Maintain the sports marketing storage facility to ensure products are kept readily accessible and current at all times.
  • Monitor the integration activity of assets into brand campaigns.
  • Compile reporting of asset activities as required.
  • Provide inputs into Brand marketing reporting as required.
  • Ensure 'share of voice' athletes deliver campaign social media posts in line with campaign guidelines and as required.
  • Monitor and document all athlete appearance usage annually in line with contractual entitlements.
  • Ensure individuals wear and represent the products according to our Marketing Plan to communicate adidas as the leading performance brand.

Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree, preferably in Marketing

  • Minimum of 2 years experiences in sports marketing or related disciplines
