Carnival Australia is excited to announce: We are hiring a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Carnival Cruise Line Sales Team. This full-time permanent position will be based in the Chatswood district of Sydney however will consider remote applicants for the right person and report directly to the National Sales Managers. We are looking for an individual who loves the cruise/travel industries or looking to join the cruise industry, is customer centric, and is prepared to have some FUN along the way

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage, respond and escalate any complex issues in a timely manner to relevant Carnival team member.
  • Provide assistance with technical issues such as login difficulties, password resets and account followups for travel agents.
  • Promote and encourage travel agent engagement by directing them to resources such as GoCCL, Funzone and Brand Centre as examples.
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, sales flyers, and other collateral, to Trade partners.
  • Coordinate with trade support and reservation team leaders to address and resolve ongoing issues, aiding BDMs in providing solutions to our travel agent partners.
  • Assist with basic administrative or system support functions.

About You:

You possess an interest in the cruising/tourism space and are eager to build a long-term career in this field. You are a methodological individual with strong customer acumen, focused on problem solving and meeting business requirements. You possess a natural talent for providing administrative assistance, multitasking, and prioritisation to support the Sales Team. Your team spirit and can-do attitude is exceptional, and you work collaboratively with all management levels.

Your willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, combined with your outgoing personality, sets you apart from the competition as part of a tight-knit team.


To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated:

  • 1 years' experience in a Sales focused customer service role.
  • 1 years' experience of Coordinator support
  • Working knowledge of a reservation or other booking system is highly valued however not a requirement.
  • Strong administrative skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Clear and concise communication skills, including excellent written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Travel Industry or Call Centre experience (Desirable)
