Role Summary


The Sales Coordinator works with the Sales Leadership team at SoftwareOne ANZ to establish and review systems and processes that reduce sales burden.

This includes analyzing the selling experience, creating repeatable business process documents, and making recommendations to improve our sales and incentive position.

The role is responsible for maintaining an updated sales playbook, generating, and tracking key metrics, and providing day-to-day sales administration support.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist with daytoday sales administration support, such as organizing team events, tracking deadlines for sales leadership, and performing general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure that the sales playbook is regularly updated with our ongoing gotomarket strategy at SoftwareOne Australia, including both formal and informal documentation. Use this information to effectively onboard new sales team members.
  • Track key incentives and rebates for our NCE/EA/Multivendor business through a nominated list of initiatives and provide reporting and followup to the sales team. Use this information to clearly communicate with multiple stakeholders. Identify new business processes and updates to existing processes that will improve the performance of the sales team, sales systems, and ultimately our business results.
  • Perform adhoc analysis and reporting as required
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Engage with stakeholders to obtain input on business requirements and initiatives.
  • Accurately assess and effectively communicate the impact of business, operational, and technical change to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Microsoft Incentive Experience for NCE/EA/Multivendor
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process endtoend.
  • Strong reporting skills in D365 and excel.
  • The ability to multitask and manage own time efficiently against competing priorities.
