Business Operations Assistant

Purpose of this role:
scouted. are pleased to be working with this established and dedicated private developer. Established from humble beginnings in China, this developer is now recognized as a significant contributor to the Victorian Landscape.
What will your responsibilities be?
Full exposure to all stages of development; acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, delivery, and marketing, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide business operations work related to development projects.
- Collect and consolidate the business operations data and information of the company and projects.
- Track and update the completion status of operations indicators of the company and projects.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of company reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Handle or assist in handling various operation matters. For example, planning, development, implementation, training and tracking of operations control system.
- Arrange operations meeting. Including meeting preparation, arrangement, agenda, presentation materials and meeting minutes, etc.
- Save and archive working documents.
- Basic work. Including OA writing and initiation, writing word documents, excel tables, letter checking, PowerPoint and copy, etc.
- Communication and coordination of internal and external teams related to operation.
- Any other tasks related to the above or relevant to this role as directed by Dahua Group from time to time.
Who we are looking for ?
- Must have strong English and Mandarin language skills.
- Excellent communication, comprehension, analysis and problem solving skills;
- Bachelor's degree in Business management or related major, with good analytical ability and strong logical thinking.
- Be familiar with real estate development is preferred,
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Word, Outlook and Excel;
- Excellent English and Chinese skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and external teams;
- Excellent time management ability, able to carry out multitask, organize and manage work priorities, and work actively;
- Able to work efficiently and under pressure;
- Willing to participate in not major related business meetings and learn new professional knowledge;
- Willing to work in a multicultural environment;
- Willing to accept challenges;
