Responsibilities:
- Process, review and verify all trade finance and corporate loan transactions, including syndicated and bilateral loans, in accordance with UCP600 regulations and bank policies.
- Ensure all loan documents and credit facilities comply with bank regulations, legal and internal compliance requirements.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the bank's systems and reconcile all loan accounts on a regular basis.
- Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure all necessary documentation is received and processed in a timely manner.
- Monitor loan compliance and manage exceptions and breaches.
- Assist in the preparation of loan reports and provide support to management for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in trade finance loans administration, including experience with UCP600 regulations, corporate loans, syndicated and bilateral loans.
- Knowledge of loan documentation, including loan agreements, security agreements, and collateral documents.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and SWIFT.
- Knowledge of banking systems and loan processing software is an asset.
