Conference and Events Administrator


Iconic 587-room Hilton Sydney is located steps from Town Hall station and the QVB Light Rail stop and amongst our operations we are home to one of the largest Conferencing and Event spaces in the city, chefs hatted restaurant glass brasserie and heritage listed Marble Bar.

As the Conferencing & Events Administrator you will be responsible for supporting a completing a variety of administration tasks within the Commercial department's Conferencing & Events team.

What will I be doing?

  • Creating all daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Support the Events Billing Executive in obtaining timely deposits and event payments
  • Assist, where required, the Event Planning team in administration and execution of planned events
  • Assist the department with creating updated presentations, collateral or other as requested
  • Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned internal events

  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Previous events or hospitality experience is desirable
