Our client is a high performing boutique Real Estate agency based in the city fringe are, looking for their next property manager, to join their growing team.


The Role:

  • Up to 85k package + incentives
  • 120 Properties only
  • Based in a newly renovated office in Pyrmont
  • Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Property maintenance liaising with both tenants and trades
  • Bond management
  • Rent Increases, rent reviews, terminations, lease renewals
  • Handing over and checking in keys, preparing annual statements
  • Communication with current tenants and landlords
  • Organise photos, landlord insurance, property copyright, advertising property
  • Open for inspections
