What you will be doing:


An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Administration Officer to join the team at the Penrith Community Health Centre on a Full time Permanent Assignment.

NBMLHD Child, Youth and Family Mental Health Service (CYF- MHS) provides mental health services to children, young people and their families from the perinatal period up until early adulthood.

The service includes Safe Start, Perinatal Infant Mental Health Service (PIMHS), Whole Family Team (WFT) and the five teams making up the Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS); the Liaison team, Assertive Response and Outreach (ARO), Assessment and Therapy Team (A &T), Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) and Got It (Getting on Track in Time) Team.


The Administrative Officer will work as part of the Got It multidisciplinary team which is situated in the CYMHS based in Penrith.


This position provides administrative support to the Got It team to deliver specialist mental health early intervention services for children in Kindergarten to Year 2 who display emerging conduct problems.

This position may also provide administrative support to other services in the CYF-MHS portfolio as required.


This role will perform a range of administrative responsibilities including customer service, team support, resource management, and general clerical duties.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and under mínimal supervision.
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
