They are seeking a highly professional, positive and personable individual to oversee a dynamic reception desk operating at a rapid pace.

About the role:

  • Front Desk Management and upkeep.
  • Manage calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, catering, event set up and tech support when required.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, binding, filling, and data entry.

About you

  • Positive attitude and takes proactive initiative.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic to intermediate computer literacy.
  • Effective time management skills
  • Reliable and consistent performer.
