Your new company is a successful Chartered Accounting Firm based on the southern fringe of the CBD who offer comprehensive financial services to both individuals and businesses with a personal approach.

**Your new role**

Your new role as Corporate Receptionist will be front of house, creating a first impression, meeting and greeting clients. You will be responsible for duties not limited to:- Managing Director & Manager calendars- Dealing with income and outgoing postage- General banking- Preparing letters and outgoing electronic correspondence- Processing client invoices- Assisting with client debtor control- Scanning and filing electronic client information- Liaising with government and regulatory bodies- Database management- Offering administration support to Managers and accounting staff- Assisting team members with adhoc administration tasks and errands - anything from banking to event planning - no two days are the same

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience within a corporate environment in a reception and/or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional presentation at all times
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using FuseSign will be highly regarded
