We are seeking a friendly, professional, client focused Corporate Receptionist to join one of Australia's leading corporate law firms.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees, and play a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who enters the premises.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Schedule and manage conference rooms and meeting spaces
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with adhoc tasks as required

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Legal Secretary
  • Corporately presented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience using Inifity is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanour and appearance
