A great opportunity for an experienced case manager to join a busy Federal government agency and demonstrate your case management and policy execution skills.


About the role:

  • You will be undertaking end to end case management activities.
  • You will be obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively solve AAT matters at early intervention.
  • You will be preparing documents and attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings.
  • You will be responsible for assessing risk to all parties and providing recommendations for solution.
  • You will be preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping supporting decisions and outcomes.

About you:

  • You will have strong experience in endtoend case management.
  • You will have previous experience in a legal setting and or/ with legislation.
  • You will have strong experience in conciliations, tribunals, and hearings.
  • You will have leadership experience.
  • You will have strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You will have the ability to conduct research and analysis.
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will have the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.

Benefits:

  • ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
  • 12month casual temporary assignment.
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am 5.00pm.
- $60.26 per hour + Super.
