Job Description

WT Partnership, a leading international consultancy in the construction and infrastructure industry and has an exciting opportunity for you tobe a vital part of our head office staff.

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do make sure things run smoothly? We're looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support to one National Director and the associated team.

The core duties will involve:

  • Management and production of quality end to end expressions of interest, submissions, proposals and tenders.
  • Undertake research on potential clients.
  • Raising vendor purchase requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Completion of Fees / assisting with invoicing on a monthly basis
  • Ongoing communication with clients and WT team members to issue invoices.
  • Drafting of documents, proposals and submissions
  • Assist with organising events and chasing leads
  • Understanding and knowledge of the various WT reports i.e. financial verification reports, tax depreciation, proposals etc.
  • Updating and ensuring client data integrity in the Management Systemand ensuring new projects set up properly
  • Understanding and knowledge of the WT brand including formatting, use of styles, fields, formulas
  • Ensure the documents are accurate and the information within the document is consistent.
  • Assist with marketing collateral, business cases, projects sheets, capability statements
Qualifications

Essential experience:

  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS excel, word and outlook skills
  • Understanding of construction industry
  • Adobe Creative

Desirable experience:

  • Understanding of Quantity Surveying Services provided
  • Other specialised software and design packages
  • Understanding of Contract Law with regards to Professional Services Agreement
