O'Connors currently have an opportunity available to join an industry leading agricultural machinery dealership group in the Apprenticeship Program Co-Ordinator position.

In this key position, you will be responsible for building on and promoting our Redstart Apprenticeship Program.


You will manage and facilitate the annual recruitment drive for the Redstart program, provide ongoing support and mentoring to all apprentices and trainees across the group.


You will also promote the Restart program by creating relationships with local community groups, schools and Tafe as well as attend careers expos and events.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a consistent profile is promoted.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain new and existing relationships, both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously
This role will suit an achievement orientated, self-motivated individual with a background in a training and/or mentoring.

An understanding of the agricultural industry is desired but not essential.

There will be an expectation to travel across the dealership network.

This is a full-time position that will be centrally located in our Bendigo office.
