Position Summary:

  • Rise with us and be responsible for managing the planning and executing HR activities, programs and initiatives
  • Manage the onboarding of new associates and review all employment contracts

Reinforce our commitment to associate's wellbeing by managing new associate programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders

  • Manage all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
  • Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team

Plan, organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing:

  • Strategically create the hotel's talent acquisition strategy, networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs
  • Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position
  • Ensure you and the team maintain employee files containing required employment paperwork and are secured for the required length of time, focusing on attention to detail
  • Manage Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs
