The Opportunity
In this newly created role and working in collaboration with an inspiring Head of Marketing and Growth, you'll develop, implement and manage the brand, marketing and communications strategy

More specifically:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to define the customer journeys and manage the marketing platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budgets and on time.
  • Manage all brand guidelines, style guides, and image library to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Develop creative concepts and execute brand elements both with/without agency input.
  • Execute multichannel, datadriven marketing campaigns and track and measure success.
  • Act as a content source including administrative and regulatory communications, brochures, newsletters, blogs, social media posts, case studies, testimonials, and quotes and ensure consistency.
  • Develop and manage a sponsorship strategy, ensuring synergy.
  • Design, implement, and amplify all sponsored seminars, workshops, and events and build facetoface loyalty and relationships with prospects and customers.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in managing budgets and working with external agencies.
