About the team

Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology.

Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content.

It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity.

It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for international livestreaming product operations, promoting various livestreaming product features in global markets through organizing global events, product education, etc.
  • Deeply understand users and content, discover problems and feedback, complete requirements collection and docking, and follow up on the online effects, promote continuous iteration and optimization of gameplay, and produce industry benchmarking content.
  • Can independently produce relevant campaign documents and reports, have clear measurement indicators for targets and outputs, can conduct complete reviews of various activities, sort out the benefits of various activities, and clarify the best practices for various activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, more than 4 years of Internet product operation experience, active thinking with creativity.
  • Have certain data analysis abilities, can summarize experience from activity reviews, and guide activity iterations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, strong stress resistance, comprehensive thinking, and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Extremely strong promotion ability, able to quickly locate the difficulties in the activity promotion process and promote solutions.
  • Global product experience, UGC platform experience, supply and demand platform experience, and overseas study/work experience preferred.
