    Job description:
  • Undertake and assist with the preparation, coordination, updating and distribution of project documentation including project plans, business cases, reports, correspondence, agendas, and minutes

The role:

  • Undertake and assist with the preparation, coordination, updating and distribution of project documentation including project plans, business cases, reports, correspondence, agendas, and minutes
.

  • Provide administrative and project support services to the project teams and relevant stakeholders to assist with projects being successfully managed through to completion, including the delivery of required furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E) projects.
  • Undertake data related activities, including data research, creating, and compiling reports, and analysis of trends to support the management and coordination of planning processes, projects, and policy development in Programming and Delivery.
  • Liaise with senior staff, managers, and the Director to support projects being undertaken, including working on issues such as decanting, refurbishment, work zone permits and change management.
