  • To provide project support relating to Events Tasmania's activities, as specifically related to the Grant and Funding programs and assist the Program Manager with the Department's management of Princes Wharf No 1 (PW1).We are a diverse and inclusive workplace that understands the importance of flexibility. Period of Appointment:

Appointment to the role is on a full-time, permanent basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight).

Duties:

  • Contract processing for Events Tasmania funding deeds including grant approval processes and coordination of contract reporting requirements;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders around finance processing, reporting and administration to support contract and grant deed development and execution;
  • Provision of executive support to the Director, Events Tasmania, Major Events Group and the PW1 Steering Committee;
  • Coordinate the planning and review cycle of Events Tasmania's funding programs;
  • Coordinate Events Tasmania's website content, and support the development of regular event sector updates and other program, project and communication needs as required; and
  • Other duties as required by the Director, Events Tasmania.
