About the role Reporting to directly to the Chief Operating Officer Your duties will include but not limited to: Hold safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and an incident/injury free environment through active participation in all safety programs.

Comply with the requirements set out in the company's Safety Policy and Standard Operation Procedures. Management of Airport functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Performance monitoring of service level agreements with all relevant contractual service providers.
Lead and manage a team of staff, including hiring, performance evaluation, and employee coaching and development. Ensuring compliance with airport security regulations and requirements. Manage the budget and financial performance of the airport, including invoicing and financial reporting.

Oversight of the staff rosters Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders Liaising with Airport Authorities as the Company Representative Liaison with other company departments on operational matters incl.

chairing regular Port Meetings with other Managers & Supervisors Provide ad-hoc contingency operational support in the customer service department. Other duties as reasonably requested. Personal Skills/Abilities (essential and desirable)Airline/Industry experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing people, preferably in airport operations or aviation management.
Proven ability to manage employee performance.

Working knowledge of airline reservations and check in systems preferable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure.
