About The Role

anzuk is proud to be supporting a beautiful new service in central south Canberra with its recruitment as it builds up its team and supports the local community.

We are looking for an experienced, friendly and team-focused Service Administrator to be the face and primary contact for the service.


Benefits of this great role:

$30-$40 p/h

Hours:

Monday

  • Responsible for maintaining, managing and updating documentation and compliance

  • Making and answering phone calls
  • Maintaining data and enrolments
  • Action Plans and Risk Minimization Plans
  • Yearly enrolments
  • Operational Workflow processes
  • Team meetings/ minute taking
  • Invoicing processing and credit card reconciliation
