  • Keep files and records meticulously organised, so that information is always at your fingertips.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with heavy and complex diary management.
  • Be an extremely detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail.
  • Possess strong organisational and time-management skills to coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and organise and maintain files and records.
  • Be able to manage special projects as assigned by the Director.
  • Be proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
