Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the medical practice, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Patient Relations:

  • Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and appointment processes to optimize patient flow.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of patient care.

Technology Integration:

  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of electronic health records (EHR) systems and other technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:

  • Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to support their needs and streamline clinical processes.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among the medical team.
