We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Account Director to join our Sydney Direct and Independent Agency Sales Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated broadcast media sales professional who wants to work within one of Sydney's most successful media sales teams – in a business that values tenacity, commitment and innovation.

Your focus will be to proactively develop new business opportunities within the Advertising Sales market and to effectively manage and mentor 2-3 direct reports.

What you will be doing and what skills you may have:

Strategic and solution focused management of an established customer portfolio made up of direct clients and independent agencies
Develop and sell leading cross platform audio solutions (our assets include Podcasting, Streaming and Broadcast)
Proactively identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth (you are actually motivated by being the best at what you do)
Commitment to ensuring your team achieves their monthly & quarterly targets (and ability to develop tactics to ensure personal and client success)

Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities – you inspire and motivate your teams with your professionalism and skills in business development.

Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a results-orientated environment.

This role will suit someone with prior sales experience, and experience selling Advertising Sales solutions in Broadcast Media.
In addition, you have proven experience developing staff and actively seeking new business opportunities for long-term growth.
