Lead a major business transformation project within the Infrastructure Service Division Work alongside top-tier consultancy resources and stakeholders across the division Make a significant impact on the organisation's contract management capabilities What you'll do: As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading a major business transformation project aimed at uplifting our client's portfolio and contract management capabilities.
You will work closely with embedded consultancy resources and various stakeholders across the division to analyse current practices, identify areas for improvement, and foster better contract management processes.
Your responsibilities will span from implementing standardised practices to designing KPIs that support effective contact management.Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, coupled with your strong attention to detail, will be key to your success in this role.
Analyse current contract management and administration practices, identifying areas for improvement across process, technology, capacity and capability Support uplift of identified capacity and capability requirements across the portfolio Implement standardised practices regarding contract management/administration and delivery Acquire and develop an understanding of multiple contract requirements and terms and conditions agreed with suppliers Implement improved ways of working with the Portfolio Office and contract management staff to monitor supplier performance Assist in providing training, guidance and mentoring regarding contract management practices and administration Articulate the linkages between contract management/administration and financial reporting requirements Design and implement contract management records ensuring they are retained in accordance with the Records retention and disposal schedule Design and implement a suite of KPI's to support effective and efficient contact management practices What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Project Director role brings proven experience in leading major business transformation projects, particularly within infrastructure contract management.
You have a track record of developing contract management frameworks and driving practical change and results.Your excellent communication skills, coupled with your ability to manage stakeholders effectively, make you a strong team player.
Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail are second to none, and you have the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Proven experience in leading major business transformation projects Strong knowledge of infrastructure contract management Experience in developing contract management frameworks Excellent communication skills with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills Ability to drive practical change and results Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Presentation skills – ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas What sets this company apart: Our client is a leading organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and performance.
