We are currently seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Manager to join our expanding team in Adelaide, South Australia.

Your Key Duties:

  • Strategize, manage, oversee, and coordinate the company's sales and marketing activities
  • Identify trends and propose system enhancements to achieve marketing and sales objectives
  • Develop and implement policies and plans for marketing and sales initiatives
  • Create an annual budget to meet financial targets for marketing and sales
  • Devise field sales strategies and advertising campaigns to drive marketing and sales efforts
  • Analyze diverse consumer needs to identify marketing prospects effectively
  • Explore and leverage various marketing opportunities to enhance product marketability and profitability
  • Proactively seek new avenues to nurture relationships with key clients
  • Collect, examine, and summarize data and trends to generate insightful reports
  • Stay updated on industry developments through educational activities, conferences, publications, and networking
  • Collaborate with fellow managers and key team members in the sales and marketing department to accomplish critical objectives

Your Experience & Skills:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 7 years of pertinent work experience
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly to non-experts for optimal outcomes
  • Strong leadership qualities and strategic thinking abilities
  • Demonstrable project and schedule management skills with a knack for multitasking and project prioritization
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure is desirable
