About this opportunity


As our Marketing and Content Specialist, you'll support SilverChef's content strategy, contributing to best practice plans and experiences for brand, marketing, and customer engagement.

Your goal is to enhance brand awareness, boost marketing efficiency and employ data-driven strategies for content creation and management.

Your key contributions in this role, include:
Grow, manage and optimize SilverChef's global social media channels, including community management, content development and reporting on performance.
Support SilverChef's Content Marketing program through the production of high quality content and proof points.

Develop plans for content distribution across all channels, including a specific focus on the global website platforms and the creation of new webpages, blogs and content.

Responsible for developing our brand story and how we engage with different audiences and personas with bespoke copy and video content across channels.

Develop performance reporting and optimize activity to enhance results.

What you'll need to succeed


Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in reputation management, social media marketing (paid/unpaid) and marketing strategy for the key social platforms.

Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr or similar).
Critical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideas.
Exceptional written and spoken communicator, with the ability to prepare performance reports and marketing communications.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and marketing channel owners.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro), or equivalent digital media editing tools, highly regarded.
