We are seeking expressions of interest for the next Associate Director to join a leading suburban accounting practice in Brisbane.

Our client consists of experienced CA's and CPA's in all fields including taxation accounting, general accounting, management accounting, audit, SMSF audit, book keeping, financial planning and superannuation.

Employee growth across the firm is encouraged as staff undertake continuing professional development in order to provide clients with the best outcomes and advice.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • CA/CPA QualificatiThi on
  • At least 10 years' accounting and tax experience within public practice
  • At least 5 years' experience working as a Business Services Manager in public practice
  • Specifically seeking a career path to Partnership
  • Previous experience in managing a portfolio of clients and fee base and overseeing a team of professionals
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • An existing fee base, small or large, will be highly advantageous
