About the role:

  • The Director reports to the Principal and is responsible for initiating and delivering economic consulting projects as per the approved scope of work.
  • In addition to project delivery, the role includes adherence to Business and Marketing Plans, developing team capabilities, and engaging in business development activities.

Role Expectations and Outcomes:

  • Lead project teams and engage directly with clients in transportation, infrastructure, intermodal, port, and rail sectors.
  • Drive proposal development and business initiatives, manage project teams, conduct analysis, and prepare reports for clients.
  • Cultivate client relationships, prioritize tasks effectively, oversee business development processes, and expand client opportunities.

Experience, skills, and background:

  • Hold a formal qualification or possess equivalent skills/experience in economic, finance, or business consulting.
  • Demonstrate leadership and management experience, proficiency in delivering high-standard work within deadlines and budget.
  • Experience in leading change efforts, strong communication and influencing skills, attention to detail, and ethical conduct.
