About the role:


Due to continued growth, our client is seeking expressions of interest from an Associate Director / 2IC (risk management) role for their Infrastructure department who is looking to join a team who genuinely enjoys working together in an established business, while connecting with the broader community through their projects.


The role will involve managing a small national team (QS, Cost Managers, Programmers) across the east coast with the view of expanding their footprint in the Brisbane market.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with feasibility studies and drafting procurement reports
  • Estimating and cost planning
  • Tendering (single and twostage) and procuring construction.
  • Assisting in the compilation of contract documentation
  • Negotiation variations/changes with Contractors
  • Compiling cost reports
  • Carrying out valuations
  • Negotiating and agreeing on final accounts
  • Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
