Eden Ritchie is seeking a Program Performance Manager to lead and manage program performance team.

As the Program Performance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design, lead and manage multiple projects which clearly outline outcomes, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements and performance measures and then ensure delivery on time and on budget for each initiative in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
  • Provide expert strategic advice and recommendations, to the Program Executive and leadership team in regard to program business performance, productivity and responsiveness to emerging challenges
  • Plan, negotiate, manage, evaluate and implement operational and strategic performance and portfolio Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the program and projects within the program
  • Codesign, manage and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals within program's portfolio areas and in a fluid environment where priorities are under ongoing review and change
  • Work with the leadership team to develop longterm business strategies
  • Advise the Program Executive and leadership team about and implement alternative solutions to resolve complex business and administrative issues (lead the business planning and impact and investment work to ensure priorities and activities align to Program agreed deliverables)
  • Gather data from business systems and undertake straightforward analysis to inform senior managers' deliberations about business performance metrics and possibilities for improvement
  • Drafting high level executive correspondence and technical briefs for Program Executive and manage all correspondence relating to specific projects and priorities relevant to role's portfolio for consideration and endorsement
  • Be a key representative regarding the program performance management and program projects to all stakeholders; provide authoritative advice on the project to senior leaders, managers and staff while simultaneously provide ongoing advocacy for the project and effective management of expectations on all sides
  • Undertake and oversee work within established operational guidelines, systems and processes and exercise considerable independence in evaluating and developing solutions/new approaches and procedures where required
  • Demonstrated experience in business/programme/project management field
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement
  • Formal qualification in Project/Programme management would be well regarded
