The Role
The Office Manager & Executive support will ensure the operation of the Head Office is supported in addition to providing comprehensive timely and efficient administrative support to the Executive Team

Key responsibilities include:

  • Event coordination and collaboration
  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Screening and redirection of calls
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Actioning mail and other information and dealing with important/confidential issues as appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the office/function
