Wholesale Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to join our commercial team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, conducting market and competitor assessments, and driving sales growth in the wholesale segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to maximize wholesale sales of AutoGlass products
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing wholesale customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the wholesale segment
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, sales data, and competitor information to inform sales decisions
- Collaborate with the O'Brien Service Centre Network and National Distribution Centres to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a services-related company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs
