About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Project Advisor for a position with Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital based in Perth. This role will be working a Monday to Friday roster, for a 12 month duration with potential to extend.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that develops/improves the Project Processes and Systems that we use to deliver projects.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Reporting to the Principal Projects the roles key activities are:
Monitor, support and facilitate the development of business improvement sub-initiatives


Engage with multiple internal teams such as Capital Accounting, Business Analysis, Procurement, CoE, Operations and internal SusCap functions and Business Partners.

Establish effective working relationships, effective communications and reporting to enable stakeholders, sponsors and management to make appropriate decisions

Review initiative deliverables and plans, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and effective roll out

Showcase your leadership and delivery skills by fostering a diverse and inclusive team

Skills & Experience Required:

Understanding of project management and supporting framework

Knowledge of the project study phase and executing planning, project strategy and stakeholder engagement

Experience within business improvement and project management would be ideal experience

WA C class drivers licence
