MineStar Implementation Manager at WesTrac,
you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful system implementations, driving operational excellence, and enhancing customer value.


What You'll Do:

Strategise and Execute: You'll establish and execute robust plans to bring Mining Technology to life. From negotiating technical requirements with customers to optimising system performance, you'll be at the forefront of innovation.

Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team that collaborates with Caterpillar and our valued customers. Together, we'll transition operations seamlessly, embed MineStar systems, and elevate performance.

Sales Boost: Drive sales growth by ensuring product readiness for Command for Dozing and Drilling. Your impact will directly contribute to our success metrics.

Customer-Centric: Monitor customer relationships post-deployment. Identify opportunities for upgrades, introduce Caterpillar technology to non
  • Caterpillar machines, and enhance network capabilities.

Strategic Partnerships: Manage our partnership with Network providers, focusing on revenue growth through an emerging area for WesTrac technology sales. Your holistic approach will create total Technology packages for our customers.

Location:
Perth Precinct (Perth Airport, WA)

Roster:
Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

To be successful the following is required:

  • Formal leadership training paired with senior-level leadership experience, inspiring and motivating diverse groups
  • Relevant tertiary or trade qualification (e.g., mechanical, electrical, electronic) with significant postqualification experience
  • Previous mine site operational experience is desirable
  • Demonstrated understanding of mining technology products' value proposition, especially in safety, operations, maintenance, and planning
  • Advanced business finance knowledge, including strategic initiatives for revenue growth and P&L management.
  • Familiarity with information systems, applied technology, and solution implementation
  • Excellent customer service abilities, building and maintaining successful relationships.
  • Advanced communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
  • Knowledge of DBSi, Caterpillar systems (SiS, etc.), Caterpillar technologies (MineStar, etc.), or similar is seen as highly desirable
