About the Role:


This role will be responsible for providing data analysis and administrative by supporting the National Account Managers by always delivering exceptional standards of customer service.

Moreover, the role will be involved in the development, preparation and execution of new and larger product program scope comment that is currently in a period of rapid growth which means the team is expanding.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing and logging sales activities.
  • Proofing catalogues and advertising material.
  • Clear, accurate documentation and communication of job requirements.
  • Liaising with our customers on new store merchandising, store changes and roll out of new products.
  • Collaborating with staff from other departments to better understand and deliver standard customer service.
  • Support the team with a range of database entry and system administration.

Qualifications:

  • Great attitude and able to present brands to customers.
  • Problemsolving attitude, highly innovative and forward thinking.
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive approach to task management with ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
