The role
We are looking for an experienced consultant with expertise in process excellence, process design and operating model design across multiple industries. This professional will be an integral part of the practice to make a positive impact and driving complex solutions.
What You'll Bring
10 plus years of experience in a consulting organization with the ability to enable results through others in a fast-paced environmentHighly motivated and passionate, with a lean mindset, leading change while coaching people in continuous improvement methodologiesStrong expertise in process excellence, process design and operating model designExperience in business processes mapping down to level 3 capturing inputs, outputs, and system/data requirementsFamiliarity with translation of process design, into formal system requirements that can be socialized with solution providers Communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively to target audiences Proactively seek information, challenge norms, and solve problemsStrong experience in client-facing and stakeholder managementBuild trusting and collaborative relationships with your Slalom team and clientsOur Values
