As a Major Hazard Facility, we require a Subject Matter Expert on the Nufarm Pipe Road Process Safety Management System and Safety Case.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the site is operating in compliance with internal policies, standards, and relevant OHS and MHF regulations.
* Maintain the Safety Case to ensure its contents are up to date, correct, and verified.
* Coordinate and facilitate site HAZOPs, HAZIDs, LOPAs, and other risk assessments.
* Administer/support the site MOC system and processes.
* Provide Process Safety plant support, contribute to the site's culture improvement journey, and participate in the site audit program.
* Participate in the site Continuous Improvement Plan.
* Participate in Root Cause Investigations.
* Conduct regular in-field proactive interactions with the wider Pipe Road manufacturing team to ensure PS systems and processes are adhered to.
Requirements:
* Strong industrial exposure with demonstrated extensive experience in a Process Engineering role, ideally in a Major Hazard chemical or FMCG manufacturing environment.
* Excellent investigative and analytical skills with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
* Demonstrated technical expertise and the ability to implement change.
