Your role will play a crucial part in the overall performance of this highly successful and well-established team.On a daily basis this role will contribute to prospecting for new business opportunities to further grow listings & gain new & future clients on behalf of the agent.

A day in the life:
- Buyer management / enquiries ensuring a positive experience;
- Conducting open homes and private inspections;
- Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and presettlement inspections;
- Prospecting and prospecting administration (inclusive of letterbox dropping);
- Coordinating client bookings and meetings;
- Database management; and
- General administration where required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months industry experience
- Desire to focus and support a highend property market in Brisbane
- Have a current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Current QLD Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
