Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.

Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty store or homewares environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 kg, and climb ladders as needed.
