Head of Health and Physical Education
We are seeking applications from enthusiastic and highly effective professionals with a record of best practice and a sound knowledge of teaching and leadership to commence at our School in Darwin for this Head of Health & PE position. The position is Permanent Full Time commencing in 2024.
The successful candidate must:
- be an outstanding Teacher of Health and PE
- possess strong leadership, staff management and mentoring skills
- have a positive outlook, exceptional people skills and high emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative and productive relationships
- be willing to be involved in all aspects of the School's programs
- have high level communication skills
- be able to work independently but also as part of a dynamic, creative and collaborative team
- hold a current registration with the Territory Registration Board (TRB) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
- have a current working with children clearance (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
- hold an Anaphylaxis, Asthma & CPR Certificates or be willing to obtain these prior to or soon after commencement
- have ODE Teaching experience (desirable)

Remuneration will be in accordance with the Haileybury Rendall School's Teaching Salary Scale.
