Head of Indigenous Education - Vacancy Details – Aurion Synopsis : Head of Indigenous Education We are seeking applications from enthusiastic and highly effective professionals with a record of best practice and a sound knowledge of teaching and leadership to commence at our School in Darwin for this Head of Indigenous Education position.

The position is Permanent Full Time commencing in 2024.

The successful candidate must:

be an outstanding Teacher in Indigenous Educationpossess strong leadership, staff management and mentoring skillshave a positive outlook, exceptional people skills and high emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative and productive relationshipsbe willing to be involved in all aspects of the School's programshave high level communication skillsbe able to work independently but also as part of a dynamic, creative and collaborative teamhold a current registration with the Territory Registration Board (TRB) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencementhave a current working with children clearance (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencementhold an Anaphylaxis, Asthma & CPR Certificates or be willing to obtain these prior to or soon after commencement.

Remuneration will be in accordance with the Haileybury Rendall School's Teaching Salary Scale.
