Job Description
- Prepare and cook all food orders promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations in food storage and handling.
- Keep work area, equipment, and section clean as per hygiene standards.
- Monitor kitchen food requirements daily and inform supervisor in advance.
- Control food preparation and wastage costs through efficient methods.
- Support Head Chef in menu preparation and maintain adequate supplies.
Qualifications
- Chef trade qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knife skills.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
