Position Requirements Lead the development, review, and enhancement of nursing curricula, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, industry trends, and best practices.
Deliver high-quality teaching and mentorship to undergraduate nursing students, using innovative pedagogical approaches and technologies to facilitate active learning and critical thinking.
Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals, with a focus on nursing education, evidence-based practice, and/or clinical outcomes.
Provide leadership and mentorship to colleagues, supporting their professional growth and fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, research, and service.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to promote interprofessional education and collaborative practice opportunities for nursing students.Contribute to the accreditation and continuous quality improvement processes within the nursing courses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
